Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Artist Media Solutions. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized art prints made to specific order requests
• Opened consumable art supplies (paint tubes, ink, adhesives) that have been used
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@artistmediasolutions.com with your order number and photos.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@artistmediasolutions.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Artist Media Solutions covers all return shipping costs.
